How it feels to be 40

I turned 40 last week (March 27th). I can’t really tell much of a difference though, I feel as good as ever! Life is pretty good, I eat well and exercise so I expect to feel good for many years to come. The only difference I have noticed (and it didn’t happen all at once on 3.27.08), is that I am a little more conservative with certain things like my driving habits, finances, health, etc. This is a good thing!
